Can I make a change to my order?
At Success Accessories we always do our best to process and ship orders quickly; once the order has been placed, regrettably we cannot make any changes.
I made a mistake in my shipping address, can I change it?
Please send an email to email@example.com with the subject line: “Wrong Shipping Address” as soon as possible. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2 days after you place the order, so the sooner you let us know, the better.
Do you make custom bracelets?
We do accept custom orders. Maximum characters per bracelet are dependent on the bracelet of choice. If you are interested in designing your own custom bracelets with Success Accessories, simply select ‘Custom Engrave’ from the Engraving options next to your product of choice and type in your own personalized engraving.
Gifts – Can you exclude receipt from the shipment?
Only a packing slip is included, which can be used for returns/exchanges. We exclude billing information from all packages.
If you would like to send a bracelet as a gift, please be sure to add your name in the gift message on the checkout page, so the recipient will know it is from you.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What are your shipping and delivery costs?
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all products to all locations.
We ship most orders the very next business day or the day following, and the delivery time frame starts after the package ships.
Please note the day of the order does not count towards the delivery timeframe.
What are your delivery timeframes?
We offer either Singapore Air Mail or DHL Express Shipping on all products depending on the option you choose. Free shipping will take approximately 7-20 days for orders shipping worldwide, depending on your location.
We also offer Priority Shipping for faster delivery of approximately 5-10 days.. You can see the cost and delivery timeframe for those at checkout.
Orders placed on weekends will ship on Monday and Tuesday. Please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
How do I estimate the right delivery time for me?
Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Transit time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders. We also offer Priority Shipping for faster delivery. You can see the cost and delivery time frame for those at checkout. Please make sure that your address is written completely and correctly in English when you checkout so that the system recognizes it.
For Free shipping, most of our international orders arrive within 2 weeks, but depending on your country, they may take up to 3 weeks or slightly longer to arrive.
For Priority Shipping, most of our international orders arrive within 1 week, but depending on your country, they may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
Do I need to pay customs or import duties?
It is possible that orders to European countries may incur charges such as customs, duties, VAT, etc, upon arrival. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Success Accessories.
We recommend you contact your country’s customs office for respective charges and rates on international packages.
Do you charge sales tax?
No, we do not charge sales tax.
Where is my tracking number?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you do not. PayPal will process payments even if you don’t have an account with them.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
Do I receive an invoice with my order?
Yes. An electronic invoice is generated with your order. Shortly after placing your order you will receive an email with your order details and charges. Please check your junk mail folder if you don’t receive an order confirmation email from us within a few minutes of completing the order.
Is my payment safe?
No card information is ever saved at Success Accessories and it remains the private property of the card holder at all times.
We at Success Accessories take every precaution to ensure the safety of your credit card and personal information. We process all card sales via a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor, and the checkout process is protected by industry standard 128 Bit SSL encryption to protect your private data. We keep NO credit card information on record.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, please email us at email@example.com to arrange a return or an exchange, within 30 days of purchase. Return policy as advertised by our supplier.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. The jewellery must be returned in its original condition.
How do I return the products?
Enclose your packing slip and the product in a package and then ship to the address below within 30 days from the order date. We cannot refund or exchange merchandise that is not received or arrives damaged, so we recommend that you insure your package (postage and insurance fees are non-refundable). If you have lost your packing slip, please include your name, address, reason for return, order number (as emailed to you), along with the merchandise you wish to return.
How long does it take to get my refund?
We process all returns within 5 days upon receipt. Your credit card will be credited the appropriate amount once the return is processed. It may take 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times. All shipping and handling charges are regrettably non-refundable.
I was shipped the wrong item(s). What should I do?
If the return is a result of an error on our part, we will replace the item or refund the full amount including all shipping charges. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name, address, and the details for the reason for your return. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Alternatively, we will ship a replacement item to you immediately, based upon your preference.
My order was damaged in transit. What should I do?
If you received a damaged item, please let us know. Email us at email@example.com and file a claim, but please also save the item in its original packaging. We may need to place a call with you regarding the particulars of the item. Thereafter, we will ship out a replacement to you immediately.
